Eligibility	Foreign students who have graduated from a Japanese university (including junior college) or graduate school, and who possess one of the following Japanese language proficiencies: Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N1 BJT Business Japanese Proficiency Test score of 480 or higher
Period of Stay	A maximum of 5 years (the initial period is usually 1 or 2 years, renewable thereafter).
Scope of Activities	Can engage in a wide range of duties using Japanese, while also applying the knowledge gained at a Japanese university, etc. Examples: Customer service, sales, general services, sales, general affairs, etc. (Includes duties not permitted under the traditional Engineer/Specialist in Humanities/International Services visa).
Employment Conditions	Must be a full-time employee or a similar type of employment (with treatment and working conditions equivalent to a full-time employee). Employment as a part-timer or temporary worker is not permitted.
Employer	The job must be one that utilizes the skills acquired at the university, and the workplace must be one where Japanese is used.
