It is necessary that you do not fall under any of the grounds for refusal of registration.
To become a Registered Support Organization, you need to meet the requirements explained on the previous page, but there are also items that can lead to the rejection of the registration of a corporation, its officers, or staff. These are called “grounds for refusal of registration.”
In other words, to become a Registered Support Organization, you must not fall under even one of these “grounds for refusal of registration.”
A person seeking to become a Registered Support Organization will be denied registration if they fall under any of the following grounds for refusal, or if the application form or attached documents contain false statements regarding important matters or are missing important facts. (1) Grounds for refusal due to being punished under related laws
(2) Grounds for refusal due to having a registration revoked
(3) Grounds for refusal due to having committed illegal acts related to immigration or labor laws
(4) Grounds for refusal from the perspective of excluding organized crime groups
(5) Grounds for refusal from the perspective of the applicant’s or officers’ legal capacity and qualifications
(6) Grounds for refusal due to the occurrence of a missing person
(7) Grounds for refusal due to the failure to appoint a Support Manager and Support Staff
(8) Grounds for refusal due to a lack of a proper track record of accepting mid- to long-term residents, etc.
(9) Grounds for refusal due to the lack of a proper system for providing information and consultations, etc.
