To ensure the proper execution of support duties, you must keep the following points in mind:
①A system for providing appropriate information in a language that the Specified Skilled Worker can fully understand、 ②A system for providing appropriate consultations in a language that the Specified Skilled Worker can fully understand, by securing dedicated staff、 ③An organization cannot become a Registered Support Organization if its Support Manager or Support Staff does not have a system for regular interviews with the Specified Skilled Worker and the person who supervises them. This means you must have staff who can communicate in a language that the Specified Skilled Worker can fully understand, or you can secure interpreters as needed by outsourcing. Note that while you do not need to hire an interpreter as an employee of the Registered Support Organization, you must remember that the interpreter is strictly an assistant for carrying out the consultation duties.
