Our firm provides visa management services (outsourcing) for foreign employees hired by your company.

☆ Light Plan

Services Provided	Details
① Consultation and Advice	We offer ongoing advice whenever you have questions, concerns, or problems regarding foreign visas or hiring foreign nationals. You can contact us anytime via phone, email, LINE, or any other preferred method.
② Visa Management Service	Our office acts as your representative to manage the visas of your foreign employees, ensuring they do not work illegally. 【Visa Management Flow】 1. Each month, you provide us with the latest documents for your foreign employees. 2. Based on these documents, our office contacts each foreign employee directly by phone or other means two to three months before their visa expiration date. We remind them of three things: that their visa is nearing its expiration, that they must complete their visa application at least one month before it expires, and that they must report back to our office once the application is done. 3. For any foreign employees who have not reported back, our office will call them again two weeks to one month before the expiration date to encourage them to apply for their visa as soon as possible. We will report the status of these applications to your company as they occur. 4. If there is still a foreign employee who has not applied for a visa by the expiration date, we will contact your company immediately. (At that time, your company should instruct that foreign employee not to work after the visa expiration date.)

☆Standard Plan ：　（This plan includes the Light Plan plus an in-person visit. A separate estimate will be provided.

☆Full Support Plan ：　This plan includes the Light Plan, an in-person visit, and visa application proxy services. A separate estimate will be provided.
