After-school Day Service
We support businesses in the field of After-school Day Service (Hō-Dei).
For businesses that are just starting, we will carefully and thoroughly listen to your business plan and required standards (staffing, facilities, documents, etc.) to ensure you successfully obtain your license (designation).
After opening, please also take advantage of our services for drafting documents for submission to the government, providing information and advice on the latest Tokyo welfare policies and changes, and consulting. We also offer support for staff training on topics such as abuse prevention, understanding disabilities, parent communication, and support methods.
With experience and knowledge as a Former Special Needs Education Teacher in Tokyo, I provide advice on how to support children attending the service and guidance for staff. As an expert in preventative law and public administration, I will also provide thorough support from the ground up to help you prepare for on-site inspections. (Since a large portion of After-school Day Service revenue comes from public funds, these businesses are always at risk of being forced to repay fees, suspend operations, or have their designation revoked as a result of on-site inspections or audits.)
Additionally, drawing from my experience as a former public servant, I offer various courses for staff, such as a “Code of Conduct Seminar” focused on preventing service-related incidents and promoting crisis management within the business. This course aims to help prevent troubles and incidents before they happen.
