Q1 : I have rarely done support work so far. Is it possible to update?

A1: Yes, it is possible to renew.

However, you should proceed with your renewal application keeping the following points in mind:

1. If you have not performed support duties for a single Specified Skilled Worker in the past two years, your application will be evaluated under the same criteria as a new registration.
2. If your company has properly accepted and managed foreign nationals with work visas in the past two years, you can still renew.
3. If item #2 does not apply to you, you may still renew if your Support Staff and Support Manager each have at least two years of experience providing support services, such as life consultation for foreign nationals with work visas, within the past five years. You must submit documents to prove this experience along with your application.
