According to the Immigration Services Agency’s operational guidelines, if your Support Manager or Support Staff leave the company or become unable to perform their duties, you can continue to support Specified Skilled Workers by appointing other employees who meet the necessary experience and requirements for these tasks.
In this case, the new Support Manager and Support Staff must each have at least two years of experience in supporting foreign nationals with work visas within the last five years. You must provide documentation to prove this experience. (Experience supporting foreign nationals with a non-work-based visa status, such as family-based visas, is not accepted.) The required documentation varies depending on whether the person gained their experience within your company or elsewhere.
