Renewal Application for a Registered Support Organization

Registered Support Organizations will have their registration canceled five years from the date of registration. To continue their registration, they must apply for renewal.

The renewal application period is from the first day of the month that is six months prior to the registration expiration date, to the last day of the month that is four months prior to the expiration date.

(Example: If the registration period is December 15, 2019, the renewal application period will be from June 1 to August 31, 2024.)

According to the Immigration Services Agency’s website, if you miss this renewal application period, it is strongly recommended that you apply for a new registration.
