4. The Support Manager and Support Staff must have experience in supporting foreign nationals.

(a) For companies with a track record of support:

Corporations or individual businesses with a record of properly accepting or managing mid- to long-term foreign residents with work status in the past two years.

(b) For professional service firms, etc.:

Firms or corporations that have experience engaging in various types of consulting services for foreign nationals residing in Japan for the purpose of receiving compensation, within the past two years.

(c) For corporations or individual businesses that employ individuals with a certain level of experience:

Corporations or individual businesses that employ individuals who have at least two years of experience in providing life counseling to mid- to long-term residents with work status, within the past five years. This includes those who have provided life support for foreign nationals working in companies with a work visa. This requirement may also be met even if the support was not for compensation.

(d) For other corporations or individual businesses with equivalent experience:

Corporations or individual businesses with equivalent experience to the above.

It is recommended that you confirm whether these requirements are met with the Immigration Services Agency or an administrative scrivener.
